Additional Terms for Phone Systems & Call Bundles
Call Bundle Terms
Introduction
Our call bundles are designed to be suitable for customers with typical usage patterns for UK businesses, and they are priced on this basis.
Accordingly, it is important that you understand what we consider to be “fair usage” in terms of the services that we provide to you. If your usage goes beyond the limits set out in this policy, you will be subject to additional charges and, in some circumstances, we will suspend your use of the services. Please note that it is a requirement of your contract with us that you comply with this Fair Usage Policy.
Section 1
Allowances
Limits and allowances are applied per Extension/Seat or per SIP Trunk channel.
For each seat or trunk you will be charged the number required per trunk or hosted seat.
SECTION 2
Minimum Term
The minimum term is 12 months at the point of purchase. Cancelling within the term will result in the full term being charged. You understand that adding additional bundles beyond the initial start date will create a non-coterminous linked agreement or ragged-end agreement.
SECTION 4
Important Exclusions
Calls to premium rate and special numbers, other number ranges, and call-forwarding services are not included as standard and will be charged at our prevailing rates for those types of calls. The
prevailing rate may not be the same as your standard tariff. Calls lasting over 60 minutes are not included. Minutes cannot be used concurrently on the same seat. ”or channel”?
Bundles are for normal business use only (i.e., where the making of calls is incidental to the main activity of the business or relevant part of the business). Additionally, SIP Trunk bundles may only be used by a single end-users PBX, they are not permitted to be used in call centres or where there is a dialler installed as we do not consider this to be typical business usage.
SECTION 5
Premium and Special Numbers
We may from time to time change or update our list of premium rate and special numbers. This includes but is not limited to calls to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Free to caller numbers are not included in your call bundle minutes. This includes 0800 and 0808 numbers. These are free of charge.
SECTION 6
Unused Allowances
Unless otherwise stated in your applicable call bundle(s), unused allowances do not rollover from one month to the next, and you are not entitled to any refund in respect of any unused allowances (or part allowances), either at the end of any billing period or where a service ends.
Call allowances reset each calendar month and cannot be setup Pro-Rata.
SECTION 7
Chargeable Numbers
We will, where required bill in arrears for calls outwith our call bundle. These will be charged following the 1st of each calendar month for the previous months. So billed in arrears. If paying via direct debit, we will submit these along with an invoice number to your nominated bank account. If you pay by Bank Transfer, or another method, it will be your responsibility to make payment in a timely fashion.
SECTION 8
Autorenewal
As with our Hosted & 3CX phone systems, we will automatically renew your call bundles in lines with our standard terms and conditions on a 12 month agreement. These will be based on Section 2 of this agreement. And will enter into a new 12 month agreement to ensure continuation of your service and ensure your bills are kept consistent and managed.

Our call rates are designed to show you the additional rates for calls outwith our call bundles. We have designed this to allow you to download a copy as required and store within your files.

We reserve the right to update our call rates as required and any significant change we will update customers to confirm this in writing.
