We were contacted by WRB Gas to look to build them a new website to provide more functionality, as their current website wasn’t fit for the purpose and wanting to bring in new functionality into the website, such as providing a estimated quote for a boiler.
We worked with the directors at WRB Gas to build a fully functional site, along with being completely mobile responsive. We implemented a WordPress website, full build and implementation, along with hardening and on-going monthly services. We then designed and introduced a system for prospects to customise a boiler quote and have the ability for the WRB team to follow up and arrange a onsite inspection to ensure the quote was correct, or adjust as required.
WRB now have the ability for clients to request Goldstar cover directly on their website, this allows for potential customers to have the ability to request boiler protection through the website and the WRB team follow up on this now.
The new website has thus allows for a huge opportunity to generate a cash flow, they previously didn’t have. Initial results from the website being launched in October 2015 shows, that the new website has brought in a wealth of new business, both between boiler installation and Goldstar boiler protection.
We added on additional functionality to streamline and allow for better tracking of the leads being generated by the website. This integration was with ZohoCRM this allowed better management and accountability of generated leads.
